Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
